As a younger person, I couldn’t walk down the coffee aisle without holding my breath. I am not a coffee person. Even growing into adulthood, becoming a coffee drinker has never crossed my mind. I don’t enjoy the taste or the smell, and I also choose not to drink it for religious reasons. But I DO love me a good cup of hot chocolate! See just how much I love hot chocolate in this post!
What Made Me Try This?
I am in my mid thirties, have an auto-immune issue or two, and am overweight. I also struggle with anxiety and depression, but meds gave me bad side effects in the last year. In addition to that, being 6 months post partum with baby #3 in 4 years, I’m always looking for ways to look and feel better. I drink water like it’s going out of style, try to add enrichables to my meals where possible, and have been trying to go on more walks when time allows. I have to be careful, though, because I am still breast feeding. I’m always on the lookout for more natural remedies.

I bought a sampler set and a Well, How Is It?
I can absolutely tell you that I notice when I don’t drink it in the morning. This magic in a mug eases a lot of inflammation and pain, in addition to releiving quite a lot of stress. It’s even improved my gastro-intestinal health! Due to good old COVID-19, there has been a delay in my shipment and I miss it so much! I feel the very best when I have a large glass of water before i do anything, and then drink the crio bru with my breakfast. My girls call it “grown up hot chocolate”. It is definitely more bitter than I expected, but I am looking forward to experimenting with creamers and sweeteners to find the blend that will be just right. It is quite delicious. Here is the website, with loads of sources! See for yourself how good this could be for you! I think you will find yourselves pleasantly surprised!Don’t Take My Word For It!
